zone "zone" means an area or part of an area for the purpose of preservationand restoration in respect of rural and urban landscapes whether naturalor man-made, which embraces any cultural heritage significance. (2) In this Act, references to the State Authority in relation to theFederal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, the Federal Territory of Labuan andthe Federal Territory of Putrajaya shall be construed as references to theMinister responsible for the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, theFederal Territory of Labuan and the Federal Territory of Putrajaya. (3) For the purposes of this Act, the following shall not be consideredas underwater cultural heritage: (a) pipelines and cables placed on the seabed; and (b) installations other than pipelines and cables, placed on theseabed.
