work "work", in relation to a gas pipeline or gas installation, means the following work: (a) installing a gas pipeline or gas installation; (b) constructing, testing, fixing, operating, maintaining, servicing, adjusting, repairing, altering or renewing a gas pipeline or gas installation or the purging of air or gas in the gas pipeline; (c) changing the position of a gas pipeline or gas installation; or (d) removing a gas pipeline or gas installation.
