notified "notified" means, except when used in Part X, notified in any of the following publications issued or referred to from time to time by the Department of Civil Aviation, whether before or after the coming into force of these Regulations, that is to say, AIP, NOTAMS, AIC, AN or any other official publication so issued or adopted for the purpose of enabling any of the provisions of these Regulations to be complied with;
