labourer

"labourer" means, except in section 10(a), any person who is or at any time has been a person included in the First Schedule to the Employment Act 1955, and includes every dependant and orphan of any such person: Provided that a person who has attained the age of twenty-one years shall not be deemed to be a dependant or orphan of a labourer unless such person is permanently and totally incapacitated from working as a labourer;
