labelling (5) For the purpose of this regulation, "labelling" and "relabelling" means labelling or relabelling:- (a) in the case of a chemical hazardous to health, in accordance with the requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health (Classification, Packaging and Labelling of Hazardous Chemicals) Regulations 1997 [P. U. (A) 143/97]; (b) in the case of a pesticide, in accordance with the requirements of the Pesticides Act 1974 [Act 149] ; or (c) in the case of a schedule waste, in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Quality (Schedule Wastes) Regulations 1989 [P.
