custodian "custodian", in relation to a client of a fund manager, means- (a)a licensed bank as defined in the Banking and Financial Institutions Act 1989 [Act 372] appointed by the fund manager with the prior written consent of the client; or (b) a licensed finance company as defined in the Banking and Financial Institutions Act 1989 appointed by the fund manager with the prior written consent of the client; (c) a licensed merchant bank as defined in the Banking and Financial Institutions Act 1989 appointed by the fund manager with the prior written consent of the client; or (d) any other person as may be specified by the Commission.
