conviction "conviction" includes any finding of guilt or any order involving any finding of guilt by any court of competent authority in Malaysia or outside Malaysia, regardless whether or not the conviction or finding of guilt is ordered to be recorded, and whether or not the person convicted or found guilty is sentenced to any punishment;
