Treaty In this Order, "Treaty" means the Treaty between the Government of Malaysia and the Government of Australia on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters signed in Putrajaya, Malaysia on 15 November 2005 and the Exchange of Notes dated 7 December 2005 under which Australia has agreed to provide assistance in criminal matters to Malaysia.

Treaty In this Order, "Treaty" means the Treaty between the Government of Malaysia and the Government of the United States of America on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters signed in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 28 July 2006 and the Exchange of Letters dated 24 July 2006 from the Attorney General of Malaysia and 27 July 2006 from the Attorney General of the United States of America respectively under which the United States of America has agreed to provide assistance in criminal matters to Malaysia.

Treaty In this Order, "Treaty" means the Treaty between the Government of Malaysia and the Government of Australia on Extradition signed in Putrajaya, Malaysia on 15 November 2005 and the Exchange of Notes dated 7 December 2005 whereby an arrangement has been made between the Government of Malaysia and the Government of Australia for the extradition of fugitive criminals in accordance with the Treaty.
