Councillors (3) For the purpose of this section, "Councillors" means - (a) Members of Boards of Management appointed under subsection (1) of section 4 of the Local Government (Temporary Provisions) Act 1973; (b) Councillors or Commissioners of Municipal Councils; (c) Councillors of Town Councils, District Councils or Rural District Councils; and (d) Members of Town Boards or Local Councils.
