youthful offender

"youthful offender" means an offender above the age of ten and below the age of sixteen years. (2) All words and expressions used in this Act and not herein defined but defined in the Interpretation Acts 1948 and 1967 shall have the meanings assigned thereto to the extent that such meanings do not conflict with Hukum Syarak.
