trafficking

"trafficking", in relation to illicit samsu, includes the doing, even on one occasion only, of any of the following acts otherwise than under the authorisation of any written law, that is to say, importing, exporting, selling, buying, receiving, keeping, concealing, storing, giving, carrying, transporting, sending, delivering, procuring, supplying or distributing. 2. Interpretation.

trafficking

"trafficking" includes the doing of any of the following acts, that is to say, manufacturing, importing, exporting, keeping, concealing, buying, selling, giving, receiving, storing, administering, transporting, carrying, sending, delivering, procuring, supplying or distributing any dangerous drug otherwise than under the authority of this Act or the regulations made under the Act; [Am. trafficking

"trafficking" has the same meaning as is assigned to it under the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952.
