State law

"State law" means - (a) any existing law relating to a matter with respect to which the Legislature of a State has power to make law, being a law continued in operation under Part XIII; and (b) a law made by the Legislature of a State;

State law

"State law" means- (a) any law in operation in a State or any part thereof immediately before Merdeka Day, being a law relating to a matter with respect to which the Legislature of the State has power to make laws; and (b) a law made by the Legislature of a State;

State law
