unconsciounable bargain A transaction or contract which is unreasonable or shockingly unfair or unjust outrageous in nature. The test of good faith should be the fairness of the bargain. Hard bargaining evidence by a grossly inadequate consideration is sufficient to make the whole thing suspect in the eye of law and condemn the transaction.
