occupying tenant In relation to a dwelling, this means the person who is not an owner-occupier but who occupies dwelling as a lessee, or is statutory tenant of the dwelling, or occupies the dwelling as a residence under a restricted contract or occupies or resides in the dwelling as part of his employment in agriculture.
