hearsay evidence, victims statement as Hearsay evidence of a statement made to a witness by the victim of an attack, naming or describing the attacker, is admissible in evidence at the trial of the attacker, as part of the res gestae, if the statement was made in conditions which were sufficiently spontaneous and contemporaneous with the attack to preclude the possibility of concoction or distortion.
