carnal intercourse This is an offence under sec. 377, PENAL CODE (Revised 1997). It consists in a carnal knowledge committed against the order of nature by a man with a man, or in the same unnatural manner with a woman, or by a man or woman in any manner with an animal. Sec. 377(1) PENAL CODE (Revised 1997) is intended to punish the offence of sodomy, bestiality and buggery.
