quiet enjoyment A covenant for quiet enjoyment is usually incoroporated in deeds of transfer of immovable property with possession for valuable consideration. It is a covenant that the transferor or person claiming under him, enjoys. A covenant for quiet enjoyment is broken only when the covenantee is disturbed in his enjoyment of the property. |
