ex parte On behalf of. 1. An ex parte injunction is granted after hearing only one party and in a case of great urgency. See Bates v Lord Hailsham of Marylebone [1972] 1. WLR 1373. 2. Ex p Jones in the title of a case indicates the name of the party on whose application the hearing has taken place. |
