Eviction Dispossession; recovery of land by the course of law. It is an offence to unlawfully deprive or attempt to unlawfully deprive the residential occupier of any premises of his occupation of the premises or any part thereof. Recovery of possession of premises subject to a non-statutorily protected tenancy which has come to an end is unlawful except through the court. |
