work Either the labour which a man bestows upon a thing, or the thing upon which the labour is bestowed: An employee is at work throughout the time when he is in the course of his employment but not otherwise; and the self-employed person is at work throughout such time as he devotes to work as a self-employed person. Working place means every place at which men are working or may be expected to works. |
